Fertility and your diet are inexorably linked, the most powerful tool to boost conception is the diet. Many research papers, in support for dietary and other life style changes have been published over the years concerning the declining rates of conception. Both male fertility levels and female fertility levels have fallen dramatically in the last 2 decades.
Falling vitamin and mineral levels in our diets, heavy metal toxicity and hundreds of newly created chemicals in our environment have had a catastrophic impact on our reproductive systems. Both ovum and sperm have been affected negatively. The body can turn many of these around as new sperm and ovum are being created, but it depends on a healthy, nutrition packed diet to increase both male and female fertility for conception to take place.
Once conception has taken place, supporting a healthy pregnancy is equally important. A whole new person is being created and the nutrients must be there for its creation, for the prevention of miscarriage and for the development of a happy and healthy baby.
