There’s a HRT shortage! Is there a HRT alternative?

Oh yes, and yes again!  There is a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) alternative, and there has been one for thousands of years; for as long as females had the ability to reproduce.  It’s actually the Original Hormone Plan.  We don’t need HRT.  The body has a unique system already in place.

If that is the case, why are there hot flushes, night sweats, weight gain, foggy brains and all the other menopausal side effects that are experienced when the menses are finishing?

It’s the absence of Phyto Oestrogens.  Our diets are so refined and changed from the harvest to plate diets that nature intended that we no longer take in all the plant nutrients in our diets that would contribute to a smooth transition from being fertile and able to reproduce, to a time of cessation of reproduction and resting.
